Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
      • The product is manufacturing defective.
      • The product is defective due to transit.
      • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong shipment).
    • Refunds or exchanges will be provided based on the buyer's preference.

Return Policies

  • Free Returns & Replacements:

    • You are eligible for free returns or replacements if:
      • The product has a manufacturing defect.
      • The product is damaged due to transit.
      • The product delivered is incorrect.
    • Note: If you wish to return or replace an item that was received in the correct and undamaged condition, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Returns Accepted for the Following Goods:

      • Kurtis
      • Readymade Salwars
      • Men's Shirts
      • Women's Shirts
      • Other readymade items
    • Conditions for Return:

      • Items can be exchanged for other sizes if available.
      • Items must contain the original tags and packaging as received. Tags should not be removed.
      • Items must be in the same condition as received.
      • Return shipping charges will be borne by the seller or the end customer based on the case merits and analysis.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Unless the item received is incorrect or defective, the following items are not eligible for returns:
      • Unstitched materials
      • Lingerie items
      • Veshtis
      • Lungis
      • Other non-readymade clothing items

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or replacement. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Packaging:

    • Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  4. Shipping:

    • Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. If the return is due to a defect or incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  5. Inspection and Processing:

    • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Once verified, we will process the refund or exchange as requested.
